"It appears so, I have not yet tried with a Bluetooth speaker but the main use of the Bluetooth is for the remote, you can always double check with DISH TV for more info.  Josh"

"Hi Michael,  On Demand is within the LIVE TV app, you can access this via the mini guide when you stream your channels.  Hope this helps,  Josh"
