Freeview is currently investigating issues that affect how the new Freeview On Demand application is loading on the LF631v.

The problem is causing the mini guide to persist over live TV at the bottom of the screen.

If you're affected by this issue, in order to minimise further disruption to your viewing while we investigate a fix for this, please:

1. Switch off HBBTV to stop this from happening (see instructions below).

2. Log a ticket here with your details so we can notify you when this problem is resolved.

How to switch off HbbTV on 2015 LG Smart TVs:

1. On your remote press the Settings key (one that looks like a cog wheel).
2. In the right hand side menu, go to “…” (Advanced Settings) using the arrow keys on your remote.
3. Go to Programmes and select HbbTV.
4. Change HbbTV setting to “OFF”, then return to TV viewing (press the RETURN key on your remote).
