Lost channels

i have lost channel 1,2,5,6 & 7. Yesterday they all said no reception, check aerial. All other channels are fine. I have DishTV s7070r. Can anyone help please?

    Probably, although it may help if you reboot the box and do a re-scan ,but more than likely it’s somewhere on the dish

    Also missing same channels or just sound or sound and badly pixelated screen. Ours is UHF aerial setup. Something amiss with Waikanae again.

    Retuned to double check but no improvement.
