Optus d2 alignment times

Hey team!
I have been told by a few people that Freeview sent out a list of what times of day to do sat dish realignments.

For the life of me I can’t find this info.
Can any one advise.?

    Sky Dish is already Two Dual LNB for D1/D2 and D3/C Series/D10/D11 satellite ku-Band 160.E

    Was if you had a SKY Dish it would be visible on other Satellite Fleets Services but find out the same setting was still active as 160.E Not sure at the Time back in 14th April 2025 But we now on KT KoreaSat 6 series but was replaced by KoreaSat 6A.
