If your current LNB is an Oval/Elliptical one and it's been Correctly aligned to both Satellites - Then you'll be fine. 10750/11300 Mhz doesn't really come into it. It's the 22Khz Tone that does the switching of LNB's which is driven from the Receiver.(Which Sky have automatically configured into their Boxes)
For Freeview boxes you would need to configure a New Satellite I.e Optus D3 using the same details used for D1/D2 but with 22Khz Switch ON...

Yes this could be bad news for those customers in such locations that rely solely on satellite to get Freeview and not having a LNB that would see D3. such as our place at Whangamata, I recently only found out about this via the Geekzone forum.
Pretty sure my current oval Sky LNB will get D3 with its 10750LNB but beach one is 11300 from memory so most likely won't. other option is to go to a bigger 90cm dish
If D2 does Fail - Then Maybe we will see a Few Freeview Services Pop up on D3. (Which you'd have to do a separate Scan for - And Possibly know the Transponder Freq)
Will have to Wait and see.
Obviously no one at this Site can confirm what the Plan is.

I did a scan last nite and the only channel I got was the Channel 888 welcome signal.
does this mean My dish can "see" that satellite alright?
