VEON Connected TV users who have lost access to Freeview On Demand

Freeview and The Warehouse are working together to address video streaming issues so that the new Freeview On Demand platform is available on VEON Connected TVs (models: VN40HB28LED and VN50HB28LED).

There’s currently no available ETA on resolution.  A VEON firmware update may be required before the new Freeview On Demand platform becomes accessible on those TVs.
