Last night (1/1/2020), we tried to watch a program on freeview on demand however we were having problems with freezing etc. I reset to factory settings but now cannot login. I entered the correct email address and password but the login page refuses to accept it. Asking for an email to be sent results in no email being received. Tried at least 6 times but still no go. I am able to use the username/password to login to the forum OK to post this but as far as the T2200 is concerned, forget it.
Not being able to see the password as it is entered is also not helpful. Is it a y2020 bug ? :-}
Thanks for any help as I tried to ring but get a message that hours are 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and ring back then. Not a word about closed on Public holidays. Update would be good.
