Unable to get Prime, The Edge & TV4+1
I have a Veon SAT101 Box and have followed instructions to try and get Prime. On some sites I see it was supposed to be done by 14th June. Other places I have seen 21st June. So now I find I can no longer get the channels after following instructions. What happens if it was done after the 14th June? I don't often watch Prime so I didn't realize we needed to do something.

Just to clarify the dates, from 14th June, the old prime signal shows the static message telling you to update to get the new one. from the 21st June that channel will go black and will be gone.
To restore the channels on your Veon SAT101 Please follow these instructions:
- Press the Menu Button to bring up the Main Menu
- Select Installation and press OK
- Select Tuning Wizard and press OK
- Enter the PIN Code (Default is 0000)
- Select Satellite Scan and press OK
- Press the Left Arrow to access the Carrier List
- Press the Yellow Button to access the Setup Menu
- Select Add Carrier and press OK
- Enter 12519 for the Frequency
- Select Symbol Rate and enter 22500
- Check that Polarity is set to Horizontal
- Check that Network Scan is set to Off
- Press OK to start the Scan Process
