When I try to access my library a msg appears HDD drive is incompatible, do you know what the issue is?

Recently customers have reported this issue and we suggest that you complete a Factory Reset of your unit as this will refresh the system including the HDD drive. Let us know how the Factory Reset goes and this this problem still occurs then we can troubleshoot further

Unfortunately, that is the case. Once that HDD is unrecognisable from the unit then backing up recordings is not viable unless an technician can do this, however the factory reset solves the HDD Issue and you should have no more issues with it.
