Hi,

Every so often, the controls stopped working and we have had to power off/on the unit, is this normal?


This happens for example when the decoder is either in pause for a long time or if we are doing frequent fast forward or rewind.

Any advise?

Hi Edwin

Please update to the latest software version to rectify these issues, you can do so via Menu > Software Upgrade > Manual Update or contact me via PM on the actual software file to manually load into the unit.
