Strong decoders I followed this link

Which was generally good for my Strong decoder but one problem I noted was on the decoder the Symbol Rate 22 MS/s was turned off . 

The first step required after Step1 - to turn on  installation is to right arrow to select [Dish setting]

once selected arrown down to turn on 22MS/s frequency.

Then follow steps as listed .

At step 4

Step 4
Please enter the following information as shown on the picture above 

Frequency: 12519 (Ignore the 35 shown on the beginning of the line)

Symbol Rate: 22500

I found the written instructions ie frequency = 12519 was correct as opposwedto 12,707 that was on the screen shot
