Devices covered in this post: GOG 2199 or any receiver that shows the following similar display by pressing the menu button

This is the Menu display: Check to see if you have the same type or display if you do then follow the next steps with photos! If not then you may be able to follow the instructions but display may differ on Strong units. 

Step 1
On your remote press Menu  

Go to the dish icon and select TP LIST

On your remote press the GREEN BUTTON

Step 3
You will see something like this pop up

Go to Step 4

Step 4

Use your remote to program in 

Frequency: 12519 (Prime)
Symbol Rate: 22500

Polarity: H 

Press SAVE

Step 5

On the TP list locate: (Like the one above)

12519MHz     22500Ks/s    H 

Usually on the bottom of the list

PRESS BLUE BUTTON TO SCAN 
----------------------------------------------------

Step 6

Ensure the details are like the one above

FTA ONLY: YES 

SCAN CHANNEL: TV+RADIO OR TV (Either or)

NETWORK SEARCH: NO

press OK to scan

Then save any scans and exit out of the menu. RETURN to a live channel and press OK to load up a list, channels will be on the bottom of the list/

Or go to TV One and use the channel - key to go back and you will see the channels.
