On Demand won't start at all not even EPG

I have the 65U9850AZ and it has been working fine since I bought it two or three months ago, but now ondemand no longer works.  hbbtv is switched on but when pressing left,right or green button nothing happens at all, no on screen EPG or anything. Any ideas?

Hi, 

Have you tried disconnecting the wifi and reconnecting it again?
