On demand

I had been getting on demand then one day nothing it's like it not set up but I keep getting the Internet page. Then it says contact your provider

You may not be connected to the internet, look at your network settings and see if you can see your WiFi Network. If you are having further issues, consult your manufacturer or retailer you purchased the device from.
