No listings for prime on TV Guide

I have noticed that I do not get any programmes listed under TV Guide for Prime and Bravo +1. It just says No Events.

I have tried turning it off for quite a while and then turning the box back on. But no good.

What else can I do to get these channels to be populated.

Any Help appreciated.

Afternoon Lorraine,

Can you confirm your DISH TV Model Number, this can be found on the remote, on the box itself or the packaging.
