New Freeview On Demand 2 issues

I have a Panasonic TV which has updated to the new Freeview On Demand.

I have 2 issues that drive me mad

One is that every time I switch to Freeview On Demand I have to sign in. This is very annoying why can't it remember me across sessions?

Second is that after a pause it displays the name of the programme and TV station across the top of the screen. This doesn't go away and stays there for the rest of the programme. - Very annoying.

Can these issues be addressed please.

My problem is that FOD2 appeared on my Sony 43W800C in the last couple of weeks and worked fine (even if Favourites no longer exist) but then today had disappeared - absolutely no trace no matter what I did.
