Everything is right on our side Russell, but thanks for letting us know.

Never mind, it's come right again. It must have been a temporary glitch with the server.

Last time  Everything worked ok after I downloaded the recommended file onto a USB stick and stuck the stick into my T2100.

But alas , once more my Freeview doesn't work.

I have tried to run six  Freeview programs on my TV. All either stop at the channel logo or show an error message or ( in the case of "The Gulf" ) don't show the episodes so there is nothing to click on.

"Back to Life"  E1 ends up with the message " This video is not available to play"

"Prodigal Son " E1 ends up with the message " There was an error during playback."

"Deep Water" E1 , Australian Survivor" and "Wentworth" E1 all just stop at the channel logo.

Yes, it wasn't working last night for me either. Other times it works perfectly. It is inconsistent. Maybe when it gets very busy it simply can't cope with the traffic and they need a server/processor upgrade?

I too have been having problems the last two days, including this morning. It does seem quite intermittent. Mostly fine, then not working for a day or two.

My S8200 hasn't been able to play on demand since the 5th Nov. I just get the TVNZ or Three logo. I've reset the box and my modem many times with no change. Current network speed is 26Mbps down and 30Mbps up.

I'm getting this problem again - is anyone else also having problems again? We have a Dish freeview and Sony TV ... (Took a long, long time to resolve last year.

I had a problem for a couple of days last week but then it came right; I assume there were server issues.

Yep. Get it all the time. I just keep disconnecting the power from the box until it starts working. Sky may be expensive but at least their software works. Not impressed with my Freeview recorder.

Yes I get it all the time, right now I have been staring at the Bravo logo for the last 15 minutes.   I managed to watch 1 episode from the channel, the it went really slow, then the box rebooted and nothing.   I am told it's not the Dishtv but Freeview themselves like to blame it.   I am on ultra fast fibre but you'd think it was on an old modem the way on demand fails to perform.   I'm over it, I'm going back to paid TV.

Still can't get in.   Had enough already, why have something you can't watch not interested in staring at channel logos for half an hour.   I've had this same issue since I moved to freeview 2 years ago, I think enoughs enough having the same issue and no progress, I've been seeing ppl make this same complaint this whole time.

i ended up giving up on my DISH TV BOX and after all this time i go into Dish on demand no trouble and it has worked for a week so far hope not speaking to soonbut all winter now programes on demand.

I now have a Panasonic HWT260 and no more problems. Works fine even just with WiFi. Have put my Dish TV box away.
