Free View Plus on KD-65X9300C
Basically the same situation as:

I have a 2015 Sony X930C which is on the approved list of TV's for freeview plus. It is up to date with all updates and I have perfect reception of Freeview HD. When I push the green or red button while watching digital TV, nothing happens aside from a light on the TV registering that a remote control button was pushed.
I have checked all TV settings and don't see anything that might help. Does anyone have any ideas? I will be calling Sony support shortly.

Haha. Yeah TV is online. I can't think of a reason why it wouldn't work. Would love to find out. Signal strength and quality are both at about 99 or 100 out of 100. Pretty confident it is Freeview HD as I'm getting resolutions of 1080i and 1080p. All channels are available.

Managed to sort this out by doing a factory reset.
