Hi there
We have the UA40JU6400 tv. Freeview capable etc. We have had the freeview on demand working but the guide keeps disappearing on us. I have to restart the tv from the wall power supply (turn it off and on again) to get it to work again & even that solution is intermittent. Not sure if its a freeview issue or setting Im not seeing on the TV.
The tv software is all up to date
Thoughts?
