Parliament TV moving

I know you've been busy with the Prime/4+1/Edge shift, but still, I would have thought this type of thing would be posted here first? Just saying.

I dont think you know how this forum works. The posters on here are not affiliated with Freeview in any way and give their time for free. It is actually up to the Broadcasters to make their viewers aware of the changes. Mostly the changes happen without the viewers even being aware . But sometimes it doesn't happen the way it should. Also there are a lot of unapproved Freeview boxes out there that need to be manually tuned.

FYI . TV3 also deregionalises on the same day. So if your watching on any of the regional pids apart from Auckland your going to lose TV3 as well.

Hi Monkey,

The change should only affect the LCN which is the numbering system, the channel itself is not going off air or turn off. So please don't worry about this. The only change you will see is the channel will be at 31

I know how the forum works, but it is where Freeview's website points you for support... and it uses the term 'Freeview', which will be trademarked no?

I meant my post only as constructive criticism, I apologise if it was interpreted differently.

I think the PR needs a bit of work, to promote channels and updates, like they have done so in the past. Even if it is apparently 'meaningless', it doesn't hurt to communicate.
