....was having a difficult time trying to make sense of the old instructions I had saved to retune Prime on the top box my brother gave me to use.

Long story short, I had given away all the dish top boxes I owned to friends, as my new flat had a VHF aerial.

This new flat has a dish, and despite my best efforts was unable to retune Prime for the upcoming America's Cup races ( delayed ).

I rang an old friend of my brothers who owns Littleford Colourvision in Lower Hutt.

Mark advised his friend Barry would be best to ask for help. Barry was a mine of knowledge and immensly helpful in getting me back on track via the software upgrade and then changing the frequencies etc.
