<p>Lots of other channels, including RNZ National (50) come over just fine. RNZ Concert used to come over just fine - for years at Plimmerton and several months here, until a few weeks ago.</p>
<p>I tried to contact Freeview but the forum seemed to be the only way. Waited several days before my membership was approved. Is there a direct way to talk to Freeview?</p>

<p>You don't say what area you are in. Here in Waikanae there is no problem at all. Are you using a satellite or UHF antennae?</p>
