Mux frequencies and channels for Mt Campbell

I'm trying to commission a DVB-T receiver on a hobby computer (Raspberry Pi) using tvheadend software, but I don't seem to be able to 'pick' all channels/muxes - just some of them. I am using a split of an existing aerial which I use successfully for reception into a Samsung TV.

Where can I find a list of the mux frequencies and channels for the Mt Campbell transmitter (Tasman).
