I purchased a T2100 box. Trouble is it wants me to LOG IN everytime i use it. Whats wrong with it please

Hi Eric, 

We've been in touch with the manufacturer, Dish TV about this and they've advised to try a factory reset: Menu > Admin > Factory Reset (0-0-0-0).
