<p>Usual reason for no signal is incorrect LNB frequency selected. SKY LNBs are normally 10750. Try setting 10750 and if that doesn't work try 11300.</p>
<p>Mind you, if as your profile says you are in Auckland then why aren't you using UHF to get HD picture rather than rubbishy SD of the satellite?</p>
