Freeview on demand no longer working

Freeview on demand is 'Not Available' on my Samsung smart TV, it was fine last week but won't work any more.
Any idea when this will be fixed?

Same problem with my 2015 Sony Android tv. From Geekzone there is a problem with the On Demand app installed on Friday and it will be reverted today.

It could be that they have changed to the new platform which is inaccessible to older smart TVs including my LG TV that I bought 3 years ago. I wonder how many viewers they will alienate to cater to those with new Tvs
