Also, Freeview insisted that I log in but I have no memory of ever having a login for Freeview (and neither of my email addresses worked for "lost password"). Login for TVNZ On Demand, for Three Now, yes, but not Freeview. Anyway, I created a new account and it's now working. Hopefully it stays that way.

Sasmsung and the OnDemand Team has fixed this fault by rolling back a version. If you are having issues with the standalone TVNZ app as well this could be an issue with the app sevrice from Samsung, You can log TVNZ OnDemand issues direct to their team as well here

The TVNZ app works. Just. We've been using TVNZ and THREE apps on Apple TV, but the TVNZ app there has some woeful problems, like an inability to pause and, my favourite, playing the soundtrack for two different episodes at the same time!

To think I used to get annoyed when Netflix change the order of the home rows so often. The Netflix app - on any platform - is a shining example of how to make a good app. Rock solid and pretty good UX, too.

One thing I’d mention that I found/find odd is that the shows now all show the 1 hr later station such as Bravo+1 etc and when this issue started that was the very first thing that I noticed was different before it all went to hell. And it’s still all showing the +1 stations, but no errors as of yet. It’s probably nothing, but I thought I’d just mention it.

thank you to yourself and the team behind the scenes for getting this all sorted so quickly, it’s appreciated!
Thankyou for your reply.
