We need some help.

Just installed a Dish TV S8300, this uses our old Sky satellite dish.  The problem we have, even though it's connected with a high quality HDMI cable, the picture quality is very poor.  The signal strength is 98%, quality 100% - connected via WiFi.

How do we fix this?  We are so used to having great screen resolution.  We are connecting to a LG Smart TV, 60UB820T-TH.

Any advice gratefully accepted.

Freeview Sat is only SD picture quality. If you had Sky you may have been getting TVNZ and Three in HD if you had an HD ticket. What you are getting now on satellite is as good as it gets.

P.S. If you want HD quality then connect your TV to a UHF antenna.

Thanks for your quick reply.  We will get that sorted pronto.  Cheers.
