Can not view freeview on demand via freeview or via ondemand app

Hi

For a while now we can not view on demand via free view. When we select a program in free view it will always come up with "loading error". Via the on demand app when you select a program it will try an loaded but just sits there with a black screen a circle loading symbol

How can we fix this as we have checked the last updates on the tv?

thanks for your enquiry. We are aware of a few issues with Freeview OnDemand at this current time and the broadcaster (TVNZ) is working on getting this fixed. You can follow any developments on the network status page where the teams will update you further.
