Thanks for the response. I’ve tried each of the steps suggested, and confirmed that no updates are pending, but the problem still persists unfortunately.<br />

<p>I'll follow up with the team about the ticket, In the meantime please try the following quick steps. </p>
<ul>
<li>Switch off your TV from the wall for 2 minutes then switch on</li>
<li>Same with the modem, 2 minutes cool down the. reboot. </li>
<li>Are there software updates pending on the TV? </li>
</ul>
