Leading title, I know.

Here's why,

I have a STB that is admittedly very old (a DSE G7503 from 2009, yeah yeah I know).

From some time between 21:30 Monday night (9/4) and 21:30 Tuesday night (10/4) it's stopped showing pictures on the JDA Mux (Channel 37). Audio works fine, i.e. I'm getting Prime, Choice etc without pictures. All other Muxes show all other channels just fine, pictures and sound.

My question is, is my antiquated STB finally dying or has there…

My Sony Bravia (from 2011) receives the JDA Mux fine, which makes me think the STB is dying, unless the STB was coded in the olden days and contains something not transmitted anymore which the TV can still handle. Basically I'd just like confirmation that the Transmitter hasn't had any updates, before I consign what might be the oldest active* DSE G7503 to the new position of 'Door Stop' in the lounge.

Thanks and smiley-face to you all.

* Hey, if you have one that's older be sure to correct me! It seemed most of there that weren't hacked to take a USB stick died from heat exhaustion, if nzdtv forum is anything to go by.
