First symptom was Parliament TV turning up on the Choice T channel. Could not tune in Choice TV then Prime TV disappeared.

Finally used Reset and re-tuned. During tuning it listed a number of channels not seen before, but Prime and Prime +2 were on the list. However, once tuning was done Prime was not available; if selecting channels it would go 7, 8, 9, 11, 12. No 10 was available.

Any clues please

Living in Torbay, Auckland, Prime TV (FreeView) reception is bad, too hard to watch due to screens pixilating and sometimes freezing.

I checked antenna and cables, all ok, no corrosion.

Any suggestions? I like to fine tune but cannot find the exact frequency of Free View Prime TV.

Otherwise a stronger signal amplifier? Any help and suggestion are welcome. Thanks, Gerard

The Prime picture is running about 4 to 5 secs ahead of the audio reception. So, viewers don't do what I did and rush out with your set to the repair shop. It is a Prime transmission issue.
