can't get EPG for prime

If I press EPG while on Prime the word "loading" appears on the screen and won't go away or let you exit it, or change channels. I have to turn the TV off at the wall to be able to stop the word "loading" (it doesn't load) or to get back to normal viewing where I can change channels. How do I fix this please

Hi Eliz 

What model / brand is your unit, some models will not allow you load the EPG on Four Plus 1 , Prime, The Edge TV. 

Once you confirm the model I will be able to look into this for you,

As Prime, Four Plus 1 and Edge TV have moved. Please retune and try loading the EPG from these channels.
