Hiya, were no longer receiving freeviewplus on-demand apps on our tv, granted the tv wasn't on the compatibility list but it was working and now it's not. Does anybody know why this would be? It just happened yesterday :(

I get this when I go to the apps  on my remote

I can get it on my pc.

have a satdish s8200 and have been having problems for about a week now with the satbox not responding to the remote. The main one is if I go to moari channel I can not return to the previous channel I have to go to ch 22 then return to ch 1 for it to work again

tonight I went to apps and got that message the webpage was not available then I could not go back to tv, I had to reboot the satbox to make it work again

Hi Guys

We have just tested several units and the apps portal is up and running, make sure you have adequate reach of your internet, make sure the router is close by instead of being at the other end of the house, you might just need to disconnect from the network and reconnect again. If you are having this issue again, press the STATUS button on the remote control and see if you can see an IP Address and some numbers in the kb/s boxes.

Sorry this didn't help us, as our TV is a Sony, model no. KD-49x8500b. It's not a TV that's certified (as of yet, Sony told me it would be over a year ago through an update... And I guess it hasn't as I rung up Sony and they said it since wasn't certified still, DISAPPOINTING) but Freeview plus was working since the beginning of this year and now it's no longer working. Wondering if anybody has this problem, and if there's anyway of getting it back?!
If I understand how it all works, Freeview have become aware that your to isn't on the approved list and blocked it.
Wow if that's true, that's bloody silly that they would block my TV when it worked perfectly with freeviewplus on-demand apps. How incredibly frustrating. Guess it's back to illegally streaming TV elsewhere.
