I'm in Blenheim and have no signal. It has been intermittent for a few weeks now it's off for days at a time. I have two receiver units, one with all free channels and the other is down to two. I have taken the second unit to a friends, retuned & got all channels but would not work when I got home. Does this sound like I need to replace my lnb?

Yes.

I installed a Zinwell ZKF-CH21 Dual Pol. LNB F unit & still no signal. I can't find installation instructions to check alignment. Can you help me with this please?

Is this the one?.

You need to find LNB Freq in the Installation menu on your STB and change the LNB Hi and Lo to 11300. The old LNB was probably 10750.

Yes that is the one.

Do you know the angle setting?

looking into the dish cable should be 45 deg to the left

any problems with the second sat box check the splitter and cable
