Sound lag

Hi we have a picture lag issue on media works channels. Picture plays 5-10 sec before audio any suggestions out there. Thanks

Sony Free view TV. Seemed to sort itself between 7.00 and 8,00pm last night. Must have been signal issue. Thanks
