Check the LNB settings on your old receiver and change the settings on your digitview 780s to match.

Common LNB settings

10750 or 11300

Hi Brendan

The Digitview is not approved by Freeview, which means that if you set the box up, or if the broadcasters decide to change transmission then the box will not be able to automatically adjust,

I suggest you read what Paul has posted and see if this helps? or search on the Forum (Top Right)

sorry can you elaberate abit more what exactly to do? not sure what this means

does this mean it can still get freeview on it? when i bought it said was verified for freeview

Yes it will receive Freeview.

Firstly read the manual which should tell you how to connect and set it up.

Get into the Menu on the old box which is working and note down all the parameters.

Then make sure they are all set the same in the new box.

Most common problems are the LNB (Low Noise Block) at the dish being set to the wrong frequency (10750 or 11300) and/or the polarisation (Horizontal or Vertical) set incorrectly

old one says 11300 if im looking at right thing so i will give it a try later thanks

Just got it going thanks to all

Thanks for the update Brendan !
