Hi there

I recently had to replace the RF out on my freeview and when I go to library it says I have no memory it is full. This is not true, I can access EPG. After retuning and factory defult it is showing initialising and to wait for a time, then is showing unknown format device is detected and do I want to format. I don't know what has happened also can anyone help with this. Also please tell me where the RF out cable go to the TV I have a smart Panasonic vierra

Rf out cable goes to antenna input on TV.

It sounds like the internal Disc Drive has either failed or become corrupted. You could try formatting but you will lose all your recordings. If the disc is corrupted they are probably lost anyway.

Thank you

I am sorry to be a Nuisance but it it is now showin HDD drive  incompatible

Hi Gary

A Dish TV Rep has been notified and will get back to you on this on Tuesday

Cheers

Hi

Thanks Josh I will be at work on Tuesday and not home until about 4pm I hope this is not a problem Gary

Good Morning Gary

From the sound sounds of it, it's likely that the HDD might have an issue.

I suggest you try formatting the hard drive (When the message pops up) to see if this works, otherwise you can send the unit back to us to be able to recover the recordings.

In regards to your question about the RF; The RF out can be connected to a Freeview cable TV if you want the UHF signal looped through to the TV.

Please let us know if you need any further support

Regards

thank you
