<p>The issue around health and antennae is more about what's transmitted through the aerial. As you're using it to receive signal (not transmit) nothing is emitted from it.</p>

<p>Thanks for your question, it's a good one!<br/>There have been no reports of aerials that cause health issues, most aerials sold in New Zealand for digital television (Freeview) have been tested. You should have no problem with health, however for a long term solution an outdoor aerial install will ensure you have continuous signal as well as that reassurance that signals are been received from outside the house rather than inside. </p>
