I have an Aerial box T220 and I am having issues with the Apps not connecting. It appears when I try to install the wifi is says the dongle is not connected. It has previously been working fine. When I try to connect to the App it says it cannot load the page

Dish TV has advised if you unplug the power cable from the device and wait a few seconds before plugging it in, let it reboot and then you should not see the "Dongle not connected" message.
If you continue to get the error please contact Dish TV support directly on either of their support methods.
