<p>I finally figured out what the problem was.</p>
<p>VPN had been switched on on home PC. Turned it off and we now have TVNZ On Demand.</p>

<p>I have been looking into whether there have been any reported issues and its all clear, I would recommend switching your device off for 20 - 60 secs and turning it on again and see if the TVNZ app opens up again. </p>
<p>If you are still having issues, send a report on the website: <a href="http://freeviewnz.tv/support/contact-us/freeviewplus-form/">freeviewplus-form</a> and the engineers can look into for you. </p>
