<p>Could you explain in more detail, have you checked that the TV is connected to the internet. make sure you don't have any DNS or Proxy on your internet that may interfere with the Freeview OnDemand app. </p>
<p>Disconnect from WiFi and reconnect and then try launch the app again.</p>
