Radio NZ and Concert FM supposedly on terrestrial digital broadcast?

Perhaps they are if you are in a large population (concentration) area? e.g. Wellington or Auckland.
But here in New Plymouth I can't tune them on any TV scanning the terrestrial broadcast.
Is there something wrong with my TVs?
Is it that our broadcast is deficient of them?
Yes I could get a sat broadcast (and do) but want to know if Taranaki terrestrial broadcast is inferior in this respect.

That'd be right.  According to the Freeview Website the Radio stations are not available in New Plymouth. Wonder why?

They didn't load in Turangi / Taupo area last time I tried either .

Have an idea it was only the original DVBT Installs   ( not on the second round of expansions to the regions )  It does load on Kordia Ngarara infill ( Kapiti Coast ) which was one of the originals
