A new way to allow the community to share what devices and services they are using to receive Freeview have rolled out to all members to allow other users specify specific solutions to those who post on the forum, as of today new members will be required to fill these questions out before they begin using the forum.

Current Members who have already signed up can update their profile and fill out the questions form any time.

Questions include which service of Freeview members receive alongside, TV brands, Receivers, Antennas to allow a fast delivery of solutions on the forum.

You can update your profile as many times as you like whether you have near equipment or moved areas in New Zealand.

To access the information on any user you just need to click on the members “Username”

If you wish to fill out these forms for yourself you can do so via your Settings on the right panel
