We are not getting any transmission from Kaka Hill on channels TV1 and TV2 this morning. There are the only 2 not working, TV1+1 and TV2+1 are fine along with Prime. Obviously not a mux fault.

The annoying thing is that the 0800 faults telephone line is not manned at weekends and presumably will have to wait until Monday until someone notices the fault. TV1 and TV2 are still not broadcasting from Kaka Hill Nelson 4 hours after my original post. Both +1 channels are fine.

Well you can watch them live online now if they are not on air.

Thanks Biggles. I am not that desperate to watch the channel but want people to know they're not working to get them fixed. There is no one to tell until Monday. Thank goodness the match tonight is on Prime and that is ok.

Both channels are back. Somebody must have known they were off but didn't notify on the Network Status.

Yeah. And the TVNZ website isn't any help for reporting broadcast faults either. One of the problems with free to air TV I guess.

Hi Guys,

is the issue still happening? Otherwise I can get a team to look into this for you?

Regards
Josh

Hi Josh

No the issue has resolved itself later the same day Saturday. It's disappointing that there is no report faults telephone number that is available at weekends as faults often occur outside  M-F 0800-2000, unless there is one I couldn't find.

Thank you for the reply.
