Maori Television and Te Reo have moved multiplexes and some receivers aren't reflecting the new location of the services and are still pointing to the old one. You'll need to do a rescan to force the receiver to pick up the new services.

Maori TV has been making changes to their broadcast, you can try a factory default on the unit to try to correct this as this will force the unit to collect the latest EPG data. Factory default can be done in the menu - installation - factory default, the password to do this is 0000. You just need to press the OK button on the welcome screen that comes up to get it to scan the channels again. If this problem persists please contact our support desk, support@dishtv.co.nz
