manual operation without remote

Hi i have got a Dish S7070 receiver and i have lost the remote. A flatmate has somehow locked the channels onto music only. How do i change it back to TV when doing it via the box set?

Sounds like it been switched from TV to Radio. Check and see if there's any way to switch it back on the front panel. A factory reset should put it back in TV mode but you may not be able to do that and most functions without the remote. Most STBs are next to useless without a remote. Just get a new one from DishTV.
