Frozen screen/

Hi all, switched on the tv this morning to find the screen/picture frozen with an image of a young lady telling me  "Sommet Lifestyle Collection - taking you to new heights...sommet digital. Initialising...    Please wait"

I've switched everything off & on again but nothing changes. Attempted to retune but the remote is frozen too. I've left the tv on but nothing happening there either. Any suggestions?

Bit more info might help. According to your profile you are receiving FreeviewHD UHF but don't have a TV with Freeview inbuilt or a STB. So do you have a TV problem or a STB problem. Have you tried unplugging at the wall and starting setup again?
