I have an LG smart tv & have a very annoying problem that when changing channels often the Freeview Plus full screen keeps coming on.

Sometimes can go Back & clears but most times need to go thru 5 pages of "OK" to clear which is most annoying.

Have been thru Settings but cant see how to disable it coming on by itself.

Anyone help please?
