freeview plus hbbtv with third party satellite reciever.

can I gain access to freeview plus hbbtv with a third party satellite receiver?

there is only one myfreeviewplus capable satellite pvr available and I don't like it after having a e2 linux box

Hi,

The short answer is no, I have a E2 box and its great, can get the menu and thats about it

there are some earlier conversations about here,

just search HBBTV and have a read,  seems NZ and Oz are not open source and thats why
